Bookings
How do I book a court?
Click "Book a Court" in the navigation bar, select your preferred date, time slot, and court, then proceed to payment. Your booking is confirmed immediately after payment.
Can I book multiple hours in one reservation?
Yes. On the booking page, simply select multiple consecutive time slots for the same court.
Can I book without an account?
No. You need to create an account or sign in with Google to make a reservation. This allows us to track your bookings and send you confirmation emails.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 30 days in advance, subject to court availability.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards through PayMongo.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through PayMongo, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. A booking confirmation with payment details will be sent to your registered email address.
Court & Facilities
What are your operating hours?
The courts are open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
What should I bring?
Bring proper court shoes, your own paddle and balls (or rent equipment on-site), and a valid government-issued ID for first-time visits.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on-site for players.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, spectators are welcome in the designated viewing areas.
