1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GrabBall Pickleball booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Booking Policy

  • Court bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Each booking slot covers one (1) hour per court.
  • Walk-in bookings are subject to court availability and must be settled on-site.
  • The system reserves a slot for a limited time during checkout. Incomplete payments will release the slot automatically.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

4. Court Rules & Conduct

  • Players must wear proper court shoes. Street shoes are not allowed on the court.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or damage to facilities will result in immediate removal and possible account suspension.
  • Please clear the court promptly when your booking time ends.
  • Outside food and beverages are allowed in designated areas only.

5. Limitation of Liability

GrabBall Pickleball is not responsible for any personal injury, theft, or property damage that occurs on the premises. Players participate at their own risk. We strongly encourage the use of appropriate protective gear.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
